Emory Bratton, AuD
Dr. Emory Bratton grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She later attended Texas Tech University where she obtained both her bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) before moving to Denver to complete her clinical externship.
During her externship, she trained with the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopment Disabilities (LEND) program through the University of Colorado and Children’s Hospital Colorado, which focuses on evidence-based interdisciplinary clinical care, education, research and community partnerships to provide care for children and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and special health care needs. Dr. Bratton has experience treating both pediatric and adult populations in hospital/ENT clinics, non-profit private practice, and educational/school setting.
She values a patient-centered approach to hearing care; prioritizing patient’s lifestyle needs when treating hearing loss and tinnitus. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), Additionally, Dr. Bratton has obtained her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A).
